Subprocessors

Mira Health uses the following third-party service providers (subprocessors) to deliver our service. All subprocessors operate under signed Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) where applicable, and maintain data protection standards equivalent to or greater than our own. Cloud Infrastructure

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Data processed: All application data including audio, transcripts, notes, and account information

Purpose: Speech-to-text transcription of audio recordings

Data processed: Audio recordings streamed during clinical encounters

Anthropic (via AWS Bedrock)

Purpose: Clinical note generation from transcripts

Data processed: Transcript text used to generate SOAP notes, H&P, and other clinical documentation

Purpose: Product analytics and performance monitoring

Data processed: User-level product usage events (feature interactions, session data). No patient information is included.
